We create and craft all of our products in Colombia. We are privileged to oversee our production process and are engaged in every stage from sourcing to final product.
Orders received by 2pm CT are typically shipped on the same day. Generally, USPS Priority Shipping is used, and orders usually arrive within 2-4 days.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if you need to return an item, please email us at info@rodinfitness.com with your order number in the subject line and let us know what you’d like to return and why. We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address. Once we receive and inspect your package, we'll notify you via email and process your refund, which typically takes 5-10 business days.
