30 Days Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because RODIN designs are produced in small batches and released in limited quantities, we encourage intentional purchasing and careful review of sizing and product details before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Be free of stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other scents
Eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Made to order or custom pieces
Exchanges
We offer one complimentary exchange per order for eligible items.
Because our inventory is limited, exchanges are subject to availability and are processed once we receive and inspect your original item(s).
How to Request an Exchange
Please email info@rodinfitness.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- The desired size(s)
Once your original item(s) are received and approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email info@rodinfitness.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We stand behind the quality of our activewear and guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects when cared for according to our instructions. Approved issues will be resolved at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email info@rodinfitness.com to let us know you are requesting a return.
We recommend:
- Including your original invoice (if available)
- Using a tracked shipping service
- Keeping your return tracking number for reference
Please include the following information inside the package or on the shipping label:
- Order number
- First and last name of the customer who placed the order
- Shipping address from the original order
